Dr. Katerina Kotsoni is a psychologist based in Athens, Greece, whose practice focuses on cognitive-behavioral therapy, stress management, anxiety support, and personal development. She works with individuals, couples, and groups, offering both in-person sessions in Athens and online appointments for clients across Greece and abroad. Her previous web presence did not fully reflect the breadth of her services or the warmth of her approach, and prospective clients often had to call or email just to understand whether she was the right fit for their needs.

We designed and developed a new website for her practice, built on WordPress with a custom theme tailored to the mental-health field. The structure is intentionally calm and easy to navigate: a clear homepage introduction, dedicated service pages for individual therapy, couples counseling, stress and burnout management, and personal development, plus an FAQ section that answers common questions before a visitor ever picks up the phone. Every page is optimized for search terms people in Athens and the wider Attica region actually use when looking for psychological support, such as "psychologist Athens," "CBT therapist Greece," and "couples therapy Athens."

A central part of the build was the streamlined contact and booking flow. We integrated a secure, GDPR-compliant contact form that lets visitors request an initial appointment, specify whether they prefer an in-person session in Athens or a remote session, and share a brief, confidential summary of what they are seeking help with. The site also includes downloadable mental-health resources and blog-style articles on topics like managing workplace stress, understanding anxiety, and building healthier communication patterns in relationships. These resources help Dr. Kotsoni reach people earlier in their search journey and establish trust before the first session.

Since launch, the site has become a steady source of qualified inquiries from Athens, Piraeus, and surrounding areas, reducing back-and-forth emails and giving prospective clients the clarity they need to book with confidence. The project demonstrates how a focused, content-rich website can support a solo practitioner in a competitive market: by combining local SEO for Athens and Greece, thoughtful service descriptions, and a low-friction contact experience, we turned her site into a working tool for her practice rather than just an online brochure.
