Alyzia LuxurysIn — Full Hotel Network Infrastructure
Complete network build-out for a boutique hotel in Mytikas — segmented guest, staff and voice networks, enterprise WiFi across every room, and IP telephony at reception and in-room.
Alyzia Luxury Suites sits in Mytikas, a quiet coastal village on the shores of Aetolia-Acarnania in western Greece, where the Ionian Sea meets a landscape of lagoons, olive groves and small-island views. For a boutique property aiming at discerning guests, reliable connectivity is not a convenience — it is part of the product. We partnered with the hotel from the earliest planning stages to design, supply and install a complete network infrastructure built specifically for hospitality operations in a coastal location like Mytikas.
Our work began with the structured cabling backbone across both floors of the building, terminated into a managed switching core and organized around a segmented VLAN architecture. Each operational area was isolated onto its own logical network: guest WiFi, staff and administration, reception and property-management systems, CCTV security, in-room IPTV and IP telephony. That separation keeps guest traffic from interfering with critical systems, protects payment and booking data, and gives the hotel's team clear control over what each user group can reach.
Guest WiFi is delivered through enterprise-grade access points positioned and tuned for the property's specific layout — indoor corridors, poolside lounges and beach-facing outdoor areas — so coverage stays consistent whether a guest is in their suite, by the water or having breakfast on the terrace. A dedicated out-of-band management network lets us administer, update and monitor the infrastructure remotely, which matters for a hotel in Aetolia-Acarnania where immediate on-site IT support is not always available. Reception and every guest room received IP telephony extensions integrated into the same unified platform, simplifying moves, adds and changes as the property evolves.
Since going live, the network has supported full occupancy, streaming demand, mobile payments and remote property management without the downtime or coverage dead zones that often plague small hotels in the Greek islands and coastal mainland. For Alyzia Luxury Suites in Mytikas, the result is a hospitality-grade technology foundation that lets the front desk, housekeeping and guests stay connected — so the team can focus on service instead of troubleshooting routers.
