GreenSpeedster is an e-commerce project built around sustainable transportation — e-scooters and bikes chosen to give customers a genuinely green alternative for getting around Athens and the wider Attica region. The client came to us with a clear goal: they wanted an online store that could sell electric mobility products without feeling like a generic marketplace. It needed to reflect the values of the brand — clean energy, practical urban commuting, and a better way to move through a busy city like Athens — while still handling real commercial complexity behind the scenes.

We designed and developed the full store from the ground up, hosting it on Django with a PostgreSQL database and a custom API built specifically for the product catalog, inventory logic, and order flow. Rather than forcing the business into an off-the-shelf platform, this setup gave GreenSpeedster full control over how products are presented, how stock is tracked, and how orders move from checkout to delivery across Athens and the rest of Greece. The architecture also makes it straightforward to scale as the product range grows.

On the customer side, we focused on making the buying experience as smooth as the ride itself. We integrated secure payment gateways, structured product pages with clear technical specs, and added customer-support tooling that lets the team respond quickly to questions about range, charging, delivery to areas around Athens, and after-sales service. Every part of the flow was built to reduce friction, because selling a physical product online depends on trust — especially when customers are investing in a new way to travel through the city.

The result is a store that does more than list products. It connects a sustainable product line with the people most likely to use it — commuters in Athens, students, delivery riders, and anyone looking for an efficient way to get around Attica without adding to traffic or emissions. For GreenSpeedster, the platform now acts as the core of their business: a reliable, scalable e-commerce presence that supports their brand and their operations across Greece.
