Kokkinochoma — Villa & Hospitality Website

Kokkinochoma is a family estate turned luxury retreat in Zakynthos, rooted in red earth, slow living, and deeply sensory hospitality. We designed and developed a digital presence that mirrors the villa’s philosophy: warm, unhurried, and intimately connected to the land. The site tells the origin story of Kokkinóchoma, introduces the two independent residences, and guides visitors toward booking their stay on this Ionian island.

From the first scroll, the website immerses guests in the atmosphere of Zakynthos. We built a custom visual identity around the estate’s natural materials—terracotta, stone, timber, and olive groves—using an earthy palette, generous whitespace, and editorial photography to evoke the feeling of arrival before a booking is ever made. The homepage leads into dedicated room-style pages for each residence, a story-driven About section, seasonal packages and specials, and a hospitality blog the client can update independently.

Technically, the project was built on a flexible CMS foundation with a powerful booking engine, a live page builder, and 80+ designer widgets. This gives the Kokkinochoma team full control over layouts, villa listings, rates, and seasonal content without touching code. We integrated third-party reservation and payment tools so travelers can check availability, choose their residence, and confirm their Zakynthos stay in a smooth, secure flow from discovery to checkout.

The result is a site that does more than showcase a villa: it sells the experience of Zakynthos itself. Whether a guest is searching for a luxury villa in Zakynthos, a private retreat on the Ionian islands, or an intimate estate near the sea, the content and structure are built to meet that intent. Every design choice reinforces the villa’s human-scaled hospitality, while the backend gives the client the freedom to grow their business as the estate evolves.
