Lithies Organic Farm — Villas & Taverna Website

Lithies Organic Farm is a family-run estate on Zakynthos island, where organic farming, private villas and the Lithies Taverna share the same sun-drenched land. The owners needed a single digital home that could speak to two very different audiences at once: travellers searching for villas in Zakynthos and the Ionian Islands, and guests looking for an authentic farm-to-table taverna experience. We designed and built a bilingual website that brings these three worlds together under one clean, experience-led identity, without letting any one side feel like an afterthought.

The website is built as a custom WordPress solution, giving the Lithies team full control over content while keeping performance and long-term maintenance straightforward. We structured the site around the three pillars of the estate: the Zakynthos villas, the Lithies Taverna, and the organic farm philosophy behind both. Each pillar has its own dedicated section with tailored imagery, copy and calls-to-action, so a visitor arriving from a search for "villas Zakynthos" lands in a booking-ready environment, while someone exploring "taverna Zakynthos" or "organic farm Zakynthos" finds menus, opening details and the story of the estate just as easily.

On the practical side, we integrated a villa availability calendar with a direct booking request form, cutting out unnecessary back-and-forth and letting potential guests check dates before they enquire. A live Instagram feed keeps the homepage feeling current and connected to the rhythms of the farm. Clear contact channels, a language switcher for Greek and English visitors, and responsive, fast-loading pages mean the site works equally well for someone browsing on a phone in Athens, a traveller planning from London, or a guest already on Zakynthos looking for tonight's taverna table.

Beyond the features, the real value of the project was turning a fragmented story into a confident brand presence. Lithies is not just another villa rental or restaurant in Zakynthos: it is a working organic farm with accommodation and a kitchen rooted in what it grows. The website makes that connection explicit, using search-friendly language around Zakynthos holidays, Ionian Islands villas, farm stays and organic dining only where it genuinely describes what visitors will find. Every section is structured to turn discovery into direct enquiries, while keeping the warm, hands-on character of the place intact.
